ROD-UP for Trucks
RodMounts has designed two models of interior racks for trucks with caps. Which model you choose will depend on the type of truck/cap and rod types or lengths.
Model# RUPTS – For example, if you have a short bed truck with pass-thru windows in the cab and cap, you could choose this model. This model is designed to allow the rod tips to pass through the pass-thru windows into the passenger area. This model can also be used in long bed trucks and allows for long rods (longer than 8’) to be transported strung up.
Model# RUPTL (Availability T.B.D.) is designed for long bed trucks and can be used with or without pass-thru windows between cab and cap. Depending on the length of your rods, you can carry rods up to 8’. Longer rods can be broken down in two pieces and easily carried. Or the rod tips can pass through the pass-thru windows into the passenger area.

Window Frame Bracket fits between frame and cap.
Bracket is held securely with set screw.
Tube assembly can be removed easily leaving just the bracket in place if cargo space is required.
Rear assembly mounts to window frame with stainless steel bracket.
Telescopic tubes lock with secure thumb screws.
Rod holders lock onto tubes with thumb screws.
Rubber tension bands adjust for securing different diameter rods.
Adjustable tension bands secure large and small diameter rod butts.
Rod holders can be positioned above and below the tube assembly.
Tip holder horizontal assembly clamps to headrest posts. Front or middle seats both work.
Tip holder adjusts vertically for easy loading.
Tip holders adjust all the way to the ceiling for maximum head room.
Tip holders can mount to both headrests for more rod carrying capacity for trucks with full pass thru windows.
Included optional short vertical tube for tip holder for backseat headrests.
Optional foam holder for large diameter rods with tip holders, sold separately.
